The celebration on October 18 was a joyous occasion which included mass in St. Bernadette’s church, followed by food, tree planting and socializing as past students and teachers revisited the classrooms, beautifully decorated with charts, photos and memorabilia which helped to recall the history and memories of former years.
Much change and growth has taken place over the past 50 years in keeping with the educational needs of young people in a fastly changing society. And for all of that, and for the commitment of teachers, parents and students over the years, the jubilee celebration was essentially a time to give thanks and to ponder how God has always led the way, guiding, challenging and inspiring.
